We loved everything. The host, she was lovely. The bed is super comfy. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, the best one we had in Albania. You are pretty close to the thermal baths, so it is the perfect location to go there. And there is parking space inside the property. Everything was great. Highly recommended!

Gilberto was just amazing with communication from the moment we booked. He organized taxis and an overnight tour and even took us to the thermal pools when the bus wasn’t running as it too early in the season. The guesthouse was immaculate and food amazing. Urania the housekeeper and Dino the manager were both absolutely amazing people. Went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The house is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful gardens and great views. We had rooms on the upper floor and they were both wonderful and had balconies. Coffee and kettle in room, plus fridge was great. Rooms were clean and cozy. We were able to park inside the closed gate. Location was just a couple blocks outside the center, which made it so easy to access everything, yet nice and quiet. The description of this place online didn't do it justice! We loved it and would absolutely come back. Stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

Alexandra was so lovely as were her breakfasts! All details were looked after and the entire place was super clean. Quiet location close to Villa Permet, 5 minute walk to town. Garden was so pretty. We hated to leave!

We had just a magical time at the Adriatic Guesthouse. Bruna and her family were so welcoming. Permet was a pleasant surprise. The city's signature cream soup with lamb shank is a must. Bruna outdid herself in bringing us a breakfast each morning filled with homemade specialties from her kitchen. Our room was perfect. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend spending extra time here.
