Renato is such a kind host. He gave excellent information, provided an absolutely excellent breakfast, and truly loves Albania. It helps that he used to work in the tourist industry, so his English is perfect and he genuinely loves Albania and knows a lot about what to do. Great place, great location, and has parking. 10/10

I had booked one night before and one night after my trip to Valbona/Theth. However, the first night I got relocated to another place because there was some problem with the electricity in the room that I had booked. This was not a problem at all for me because that room was also nice and nearby and Niko the host communicated with me about it so I knew where I would go. I could also leave some of my luggage there during my hiking trip and Niko transported it for me to Enea  Room where it waited for me when I got back. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the communication with Niko was good throughout and he even texted me to check if everything was ok, or if I needed anything.

Excellent place - location, hospitality, meals and everything. We arrived by a small car and parked close to the restaurant by the same owner, 200m from the apartment, at the end of the asphalt road. Strongly recommended.

Amazing place of great value - we felt like we enjoyed a hotel experience (TV, towels and shampoo included! ). The hosts were super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed immediately. We would highly recommend the tour they organized for us to the beautiful Shala river. We were sad to leave and hope to be back some day!

The guesthouse has only 2 years that is opened it is absolutely brand new. The room was perfect with river view, exceptionally clean and the sheet were smelling so good! The place itself is incredibile and the way to reach it is simply beautiful and part of the journey. The family running the place has a strong personal history The place is a must-see of Albania, we learnt that the North-Tournism is kind of hidden in the country in favour of the South Coast to be 'preserved'. We invite everybody to come and visit this little gem instead which has more than wilderness to offer, you will find a great atmosphere and great people. Among all the other guesthouses of the place we love this one above all! Great breakfast, it has a bar and a restaurant with delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at Xhuli Guest House. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the lake. All the facilities were excellent. Every morning, the host kindly prepared us coffee, which was a lovely touch, and they provided us with great recommendations about the area. For my 7-year-old daughter, the garden was the highlight, especially the rescued tortoises the hosts lovingly cared for and the chickens :). The property is within walking distance of Lake Shkodra’s best beach, as well as several great restaurants. We are truly grateful for the hosts’ warm hospitality, which made our stay unforgettable.
