Only 5 mins walking distance from Sanahin Monastery, good position on the hill with nice view from windows of kitchen and dining room, very clean and comfortable house with 2 big rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and balcony of rich space. Owner is a beautiful Armenian girl with lovely smile who can also speaks Russian, French and English. French is very fluency. Willing to comunicate and help with taxi booking. Meals not included in room fee but price is reasonable. She cooks with home grown ingredient, clean, delicious and healthy. Unique and unforgettable experience in life.

Perfect location in a historical house just next to the Sanahin Monastery. The hosts are a very friendly family and they make sure their guests feel comfortable and happy. They helped me to arrange taxis to all the monasteries located in the vicinity. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Book this cute and very hospitable guest house to save money, but get a comfortable accommodation, excellent food, Armenian hospitality and a friendly human attitude towards yourself. Here you will be shrouded in attention and care! The guest house is located in non-residential mountainous forest area! Near the river and wildlife! There is a large pool. There is a jacuzzi on fire. There is a veranda, karaoke, a barbecue area and much more. Great free and paid Internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but you can get a full tasty and diverse diet for little money.They also have a campsite.I recommend. Find your calmness in this beautiful place.

Mary and her family were the kindest and most welcoming hosts we could wish for. Right upon our arrival they offered us tea and refreshments and gave us various tips on what to see in the area.Their homemade dinners and breakfasts (served at a terrace with wonderful views) are huge and simply delicious, absolutely perfect after a whole day spent in the mountains around Haghpat. The room itself is very light and spacious, located in a house in the middle of a rural vegetable garden a few hundred meters from the monastery. In spite of our very poor knowledge of Russian, Mary's parents were always very friendly and open to talk with and fully accommodated all our wishes. We'll be very happy to come again if ever back in Armenia. Thank you! <3
