The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I highly recommend choosing the breakfast and dinner option – I was served delicious, hearty meals. Definitely the best food I had in Armenia.

Tucked away in Haghpat, just a few minutes walk from the monastery. A secluded and beautifully appointed guest house. Expect to be greeted by Mary with tea and a selection of Armenian cakes on arrival, what a charming and sweet host, nothing is too much trouble. The room is clean and tidy with twin beds. Breakfast was exceptional with a wonderful array of local and home made dishes. I can honestly say it was the best breakfast we ate during our stay in Armenia 🇦🇲

If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely little homely refuge in Sanahin, a stones throw away from the monastery. Gevorg and Mane are the kindest, most caring hosts. Gevorg greeted us on arrival and took the time to get to know us and make us feel welcome. We absolutely loved it here!

What made this stay so great was the amazing host, we booked late notice but he was outside prepared for our arrival. We were given lots of tea and then a passionate tour of the tour, with a sunset viewpoint and an evening view of Sanahin monastery. Ok our return despite it being late we were served a lovely dinner with homemade wine. There might be fancier hotels in the area but you won't get a better experience, or such a historic property.

Everything was perfect, Marina welcomed me from the first moment as if I were one of her family... I can confirm that the score on booking is more than deserved. I also asked for dinner and breakfast not included in the price of the room but trust me it's worth it. The price of the meals was overall cheap. Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!
