Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

We were literally very warmly welcome into this authentic home after a freezing bicycle ride in the mountains. Great hospitality of the family with delicious dinner and breakfast in a modest but comfortable house made this a high point in the adventure, that would otherwise be an very cold night in a tent. Very unique concept. We felt like we were the hobbits from Lord of the Rings staying in these homes. The staff were very helpful and everything was smooth. Rooms were clean, children had a nice play area. Overall wonderful stay.

A great near-new hotel right in downtown Sevan. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was by far the most comfortable of any of the hotel beds on our South Caucasus trip. The owner is a friendly and helpful chap, who is keen to let you taste the freshly brewed beer in the modern brewery downstairs, and get your opinion about it (it's unfiltered natural craft beer of high quality, very tasty; if you like it, you can buy the bottled beer at the factory shop next door). By the way, the hotel is built over the brewery, but otherwise fully separate from it. There are no smells or noises from the brewery at all. It's right in downtown Sevan, with a supermarket across the road and various shops, restaurants, ATMs at close walking distance. Lake Sevan is less than 15 minutes away by car. Overall a great hotel, probably the best hotel of our South Caucasus trip. Unreservedly recommended!
