The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they were very communicative and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets were clean. Amazing location and great value for money. Good AC unit and nice shower with hot water.

We stayed in both Casa Reina hostels during our trip to Buenos Aires and did not regret it. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, kitchen with all one needs for preparing simple meals and clean bathrooms. Most importantly though, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful people. To give a few examples, they allowed us to store some bags of clothes in the hostel storage for three weeks when travelling around the country, and were very flexible with paying in cash. Highly recommended! Thank you a lot for the great time!
