The whole experience was great. The check-in was smooth; we got the exact room we booked; the room was warm, spacious and clean, the view was amazing, and it had a small balcony. The bathroom has a heated floor. We had a great experience.

The staff was extremely friendly, A big thank you to the two young ladies one helped us at check-in and one helped us at check-out, such nice people. the one at the check out was also in the restaurant and gave us very high service, she was doing the job with beautiful manners, and both of them made the hotel hospitality to high standards, the rooms were extremely clean and included everything needed, the bed can be merged or separated which. The pizza that they have at the restaurant, was one of the best I ever ate. The bus station is right in front of the Hotel and ca. 15 minutes from the main train station.

Good location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very nice spa. It is a good value for many comparing to other accommodations in the area. I have already booked next year ski trip.

Location, views,, owner's hospitality. All was wonderful😊 I never go back to the same place, but I would love to visit this spot once again during different season (we were there in winter).

Great rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, could leave some stuff in the hotel and came back after a few days after our hiking trip. The sauna is a real nice luxury bonus (especially after the hike)

Ideally located for our trip. Hans (the owner) is super kind and very responsive, I appreciated it very much.. He arranged late check-in for us, which was very, very helpful. There is a bakery next door for breakfast, which is very convenient. We came already twice and I am sure we will come back again...
