The whole experience was great. The check-in was smooth; we got the exact room we booked; the room was warm, spacious and clean, the view was amazing, and it had a small balcony. The bathroom has a heated floor. We had a great experience.

Great location for access to the cable car as well as for hiking in mountains etc. (a bit far to the town centre). Great view down into the valley and onto the mountains from the room/patio. Breakfast was amazing, a wide spread of different food to choose from. The staff were very friendly. Definitely great to have the reastautlrant downstairs for dinner/lunch or juet a beer.

This hotel has very friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. With good public transport connections to the alps and the city center, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay in an excellent hotel. The hotel is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Alps. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and cool enough even without air conditioning (in July). Breakfast was free, and delicious. The best thing was the outdoor pool - so lovely to go for a refreshing dip after being out hiking in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving numerous dinner and hiking recommendations. Another excellent aspect was access to a free bus into Innsbruck, stopping just outside the hotel, every 30 mins. It meant the best of both worlds - being able to get into town easily, but also having the beautiful countryside and outdoor pool!

Great rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, could leave some stuff in the hotel and came back after a few days after our hiking trip. The sauna is a real nice luxury bonus (especially after the hike)

New building in very good and clean condition. Very friendly and helpful host who is living next door.
