Great place. Felt like an authentic Austrian experience. The owners were nice, and helpful.

Located in Niedernsill, Casa Montana is only 10 to 7.5 mi from the ski elevators in Zell am See - Schüttdorf and Kaprun. Most of the accommodations have a balcony and cable TV.

I honestly believe that this is one of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at, and it took us completely by surprise. Pension Alpenrose is one of the few places where the hosts took care of every little detail, and this is why staying here is such a wonderful experience. The breakfast is very nice, the bathroom very clean, the balcony with a nice view of the mountains, and there is even a small river flowing very close to the property. All these come with the most friendly host we’ve ever stayed at (I mean it), and it’s a 200 m walk to the cityXpress that takes you to the Schmittenhöhe. The place even comes with its own sauna. I mean, if these things haven’t convinced you, I feel like nothing will.

Hotel is situated in a nice location. Bus station (Bus 71) is about 3 minutes away from the hotel, and 3 bus stops to Zell am See Postplatz. Going to Schmittenhöhebahn using the bus 71, is about 4 stops away. We’re grateful that we’re able to check-in early, around midday. Our room is spic-and-span. Housekeeping functions really well. Hotel offers a generous breakfast buffet. We also had dinner here. Schnitzel here tastes really good! To sum it all up, the accomodation and the hospitality of hotel/restaurant staffs is amazing, courteous and endearing. Glad we stayed here! ;-)

I really like the hotel, it has a great location, clean & tidy, charming lake view, and most importantly the hotel manager Mr. Dirk Maes, he is super nice, caring, and really taking care of every detail. I enjoyed Zell am see and enjoyed staying at Magali’s.
