Really friendly and personalised service. Attention to details. Very close to the ski resorts, bus stops just opposite the house (we drove though). Abundant and nice breakfast, and the top of the cake, a beautiful sauna and relax area included in the price (needs booking in advance). All in all, perfect stay. I definitely recommend.

Very friendly owner. Birgit so helpful. Well situated next to a great restaurant and the main bus terminal. Spotlessly clean, lively sauna and practical ski kit room. The breakfast was excellent. Everything anyone would need.

Incredible food, 3 course dinner each night was lovely. Hosting was excellent We had an amazing balcony which looked over the valley Christina was exceptionally helpful when our plans changed and let us move our stay even though we were outside of the cancellation period. Excellent apartment, recently renovated to a very high standard with top quality fitments. Being a short walk into the town, it was a lovely quiet location. I was in the one bed Studio, but even this fully equipped, with dish washer, microwave and all utensils you would need. Being outside the town, you also had the sun until late in the evening as it comes round the side of the mountain. Something you miss in the main town.

Pension Gemshorn is situated in a picturesque village of Hainzenberg, in the heart of Tirol region. A sled track right next to the property can be enjoyed in the winter months.

The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!
