The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, offered us a drink when we got there after a long day and even booked us a reservation at a local restaurant which was ideal. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of great hikes and sights around, thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

A little balcony, table and chairs that gets the afternoon sun with the stream burbling next to you. Great chill out. Also, if you’re walking the Ötztal Wanderweg (Route 12), it’s literally on the Längenfeld - Sölden path (Etappe 4).

Beautiful traditional Tyrolese chalet. Clean, warm, well decorated and well equipped. Our host was amazing. We arrived late by public transport and asked where we could eat in the village. This wasn’t possible but he offered to drive us to a neighbouring village. We didn’t wish to inconvenience him so declined his kind offer. A little later he arrived at our room door with a plate of bread, ham and cheese with some beer. So welcome and unexpected - what great customer service.

Villa Ambach is located at the entrance to the Ötz Valley, a 5-minute drive from the Hochötz Ski Area and the Area 47 adventure park. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site.

It was perfect! I wanted to have a relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and I chose Villa Ambach and it was the best choice. Nice and quiet location, far from the main road so you couldn't even hear the cars. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We also had a coffee machine in the room as promised and capsules and sugar were brought to us every day. The bathroom had everything we needed (shower gel, soap and hair dryer). And the breakfast had little of everything.

Just 150 metres from the Acherkogelbahn Cable Car and 200 metres from the centre of Ötz, Pension Olympia offers rooms and apartments with flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony with mountain views.

There was no one on check in when we arrived, but after waiting for 5 minutes, a lady arrived and asked us to complete a form and leave it on reception. Not great as this had personal information that was left on reception for anyone to read. On the plus side, she said we could choose any room that we wanted, if the door was open. Our room was exceptional and was like a mini suite with sofa, table and chairs as well as a mezzanine floor. Clean and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good then next day with hot food as well as continental choice. Great open air car park easily catered for 2 large vans.
