Clean, modern property in a quiet district. Felt very safe. Fantastic location with a tram stop directly outside the front door. 30 minutes by tram from all major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

The guesthouse is clean and tidy. The location is wonderful, just a few minutes walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The guesthouse is on a quiet street, so you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. Good location, slightly out of the centre but at the end of the Metro. Clean and comfortable. Made better by not being crowded where there could be bathroom issues.
