Even though it's a hotel but in reality, it's an apartment. It has a kitchen, a small fridge, a private bathroom, and dishes. The sauna was great, especially after hiking in the mountains. Self check-in is also greatly organised

The two staff members we met were both friendly and kind. Breakfast was of ample variety and good quality. The room was clean. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was charming and fit the location. Passes for the Gondola were given to us by the staff and that also was useful. The elder couple that runs the hotel is very friendly. The location and interior, especially breakfast space, make you feel like you are in the traditional Alps house. The view to mountains is gorgeous and the breakfast is good, there is something to choose from for everybody. Enjoyed the stay very much and I would consider staying here again!
