    Excellent location. The facility itself presented like an older but regularly cleaned boarding house. The hostess was lovely and accommodating of a late checkin. The room itself was quite large and for the price i felt it was good value. Overall it served it's purpose which was the cheapest available place in Werribee to crash for a work stint. I personally would choose nicer for a holiday, but if you just want somewhere to shut eye, it might do fine.
