It was clean, at the good location, silent and all as we liked. Great breakfast and welcoming atmosphere. We have been traveling by motorbike and we have been rewarded with indoor parking for our motorbike. For that extra star. 😊

The property is in a great location, within a short work to the city center. We had 6 adults staying in the property and it was very comfortable. The property has all the amenities needed for a self catering stay, including an array of spices and dry goods. The property also has 1 parking space available, which is convenient. The property is close to a tram stop which makes it easy to get to the main train station if traveling by train. The host was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with all questions. I highly recommend the property for families or groups of friends.

Items and Victoria were charming hosts and provided lots of local knowledge. Irene was very helpful with tram details and the location is perfect near the cathedral. The breakfasts were just lovely and using local products.

    Great location by the river. Mooiwater rooms are opposite bistro Bruno which is where check-in took place and breakfast was served. Lovely accommodation for a short stay, clean and well presented. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to your preferred style alongside a continental selection. Wish we stayed another night to have some an evening meal and a beer in Bruno, really liked the vibe. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Deinze.
