Very friendly and likeable hosts. The view is great, the rooms and the bathroom are very tastefully furnished, very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet with freshly prepared scrambled eggs - or your choice - is marvellous. From now on, my first choice here for race events. Highly recommended. Not to forget - near to the racetrack and enough parking space.

Perfect stay, hosts were lovely and friendly, room had everything we needed and more (plenty of coffee, shower with massage jets, nice balcony facing the street and church, very comfy bed, air con unit, TV with English channel options etc). Hosts brought us pastries for breakfast. We hope to be back the next time we visit Spa!

It is a gorgeous place, perfect for visiting Spa and the Ardennes. A wonderful host… a great place, great value, so comfortable. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

The location is beautiful, private, and quiet. There is a creek near the house that you can hear from the suite. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The property is cleaner than most 5 star hotels I stay at.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blackroom in Theux. The apartment was spotless and really tastefully decorated. The owners were super friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. What really stood out was the personal touch, especially the homemade breakfast, which was such a thoughtful treat. It made the experience feel extra special. The hot tub and fireplace created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind.
