I very rarely write reviews, but the hostess was so amazing that I have to make an exception. I was supposed to be in Sozopol and Booking displayed the property as if it was there, but it was the same address in Chernomorets instead. Either way I chose to stay here and take a 5 km commute to Sozopol as it was close enough. The hostess was lovely at greeting me and offered me a ride with her car to Sozopol! I would have never expected such kindness! She was very friendly and talkative and I learned that she had exposure to life outside of Bulgaria, so she would be very easy to talk to for expats. The flat was clean, freshly renovated and the location was very close to the Chernomorets beach and Sozopol too (5 min bus or car ride). I would say it was very cheap for the value I got and I would heavily recommend her for anyone considering a stay in Chernomorets or even Sozopol. I will definitely book here in the future again if I am in the area. Indisputable 10/10

The host prepare room earlier, which is awesome. Also listen our wish for changing a room. Very clean, hospitable. Great pool, just have time enough to use it. Kitchen possibilities and pleasant garden outside.

This is the third time that I spend some days in this Family Hotel . The owners are extremely friendly and talk good English. The rooms are modern and well decorated . Breakfast is not included but with a few extra money you can have a good start of the day . Swimmingpool is available for free and water is cristal and clean . Balcony is also with big dimension and you can seat comfortable for relaxing outside the room.

The recently renovated Mihalkat Old Town is situated in Sozopol, near Central Beach Sozopol and Amphitheatre Apoloniya.

The room was very clean and spacious. The host is amazing, she was very kind and always ready to help us. Location wise, it depends on what you’re searching for, but the property is about 3-5 minutes away from one of the beaches, and 20-25 minutes away from the old town (by foot).
