First it was the very good contact with the host. Speaking English, promptly answering messages, it was facile to communicate. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area, having the parking place under the balcony (the apartment is on 2nd floor). A few small supermarkets (but with all necessary) are in a 2-3 minutes by foot, and a nice coffee shop is about 5 minutes by foot. The distance from the Old city center is about 25 minutes and the the nearest beach it's about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. It is a nice, big, sandy beach, with many parking places on the gravel, just next to the beach. The apartment is very clean, has two balconies, and everything you may need in the kitchen (it has a big fridge, microwave and toaster, but no stove).The bathroom has a walk-in cabin. The electric boiler switch is on the wall, just be careful not to switch it off by mistake. We were 2 adults and two kids and we had plenty os space. The bed is very ok and the sofa bed big enough. If I add the very competitive price, this apartment is a very good choice in Nessebar.

The room was nice and renovated, cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities were available. The host is great, very kind, polite and attentive. The guest house is well located, close to the beach and the Old town as well. I had a very good stay and I recommend it. :-)
