The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden. This is a fantastic place very good located, all the common areas are so clean and smell good. We had a double room with a balcony with an awesome view to the mountains, the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice temperature, we arrived late in the night and the staff helped us to get the room without problems. Highly recommended, we will back.

Best place to stay in Bansko, very short walk from the old town, perfect view over the mountains, i enjoyed every sunrise as the colors were amazing!! Every room is different, depending on your budget and what you are after: room 1 single bed no balcony, room 2 single bed with balcony overlooking the mountain, room 3 double bed no balcony, room 4 the biggest one no balcony!!!! Now you just have to pick and pack!!!😁😁

Very clean and well situated place, but quiet and cosy. Irena, Petya and Ivo are awesome (effective communicators, details orientated and result centred, easy-going, caring, sympathetic and creative). They make you feel really at home. Magic banitsa and pancakes, not mentioning the quince jam, amazing coffee.
