Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from centre, 5 minutes walk to Elbrus Spa. On the ground floor, is Shop and restaurant, with children entertainment centre. The building is new and everything is new in the apartment. Lovely area. I will definitely stay next time again.

We were 4 adults and we took a house that is fantastic!!!! The bedrooms are upstaires and the living room was downstaires in an open space with a chitchinett. We had halfboard included in the price but you have also the option to order lunch if you want. The pool, the house, the stuff, the food, everything was amazing. The pool.closes after the last customer leave. The best stay in my life. Thank you!

I felt at home. My room was huge and with a lovely balcony. You could also have a dinner there and a drink, in a family environment. Amazing hosts.

We had an amazing time at Casa Vivaldi, it was so close to the town centre. The garden was beautiful and peaceful, the supermarket was close by and the restaurant called Bagera nearby had lovely homemade dishes. We used a few private swimming mineral pools. Highly recommended, we will be returning back to this property.
