The staff were very kind, and I think this is a great hotel. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, they gladly provided suggestions. I also booked a Uyuni Salt Flats tour through this hotel, and the service was excellent. During my stay in Uyuni, I was bitten by a dog. Although it was not a night I was staying at the hotel, I reached out to them just in case. They answered my call, explained the local hospital situation, and reassured me. They even arranged a taxi for me. Since few people in Bolivia spoke English, I was very grateful for their help. Located in the city center, this hotel has great access and is an excellent choice for travelers.
