The host was responsive and accommodating. We had late checkout and two rooms to ourselves. There were clean towels, toiletries and everything was neat and tidy. It's a quick uber ride from downtown guelph in a nice neighborhood.

    beautiful character property, very charming. In a nice quiet location, with parking. The host, Janet was very welcoming and told us places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, and Janet even gave us breakfast ‘to go’ when we overslept. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
