I really enjoyed staying here. I needed to take train for a couple of trips around Switzerland and the location was very convenient; also many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. the room was large, clean, quiet, overall very good. the bathroom was shared but again very clean; nice soap and shampoo available; and I never had to wait. there is shared tea kettle which was great. it’s a fantastic budget place in Zurich!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Zurich! Communication was great and the instructions were clear to get the key. I assumed the wrong key to open the front door without reading but a lovely lady was there to help me get in. A lift is available to the room and I was impressed with both the size and cleanliness of the room. It was very quiet since it is directly across from a historic church. Transportation is nearby with both the tram and bus options. The kitchen and lounge area on the top floor with the outdoor seating area was a perfect place to watch the sun set and meet other lovely guests. This place truly felt like a home away from home. There are many options to eat dinner nearby and I found a gem of a vegetarian restaurant around the corner (and I'm not a vegetarian but the food was so good I could be turned easily). The bed was quite comfy and I was able to leave my bags while I toured the city before my departure. Staff was lovely and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again upon my next visit to Zurich.

Excellent location in Winterthur not in the town centre but close to our friends. Cafe downstairs great and staff were welcoming and helpful even though we spoke no Swiss. Roof top gardens and outside areas great to enjoy the city while having your own space. Really good laundry facilities. And lift to get to your room.

The owner of this establishment was most helpful to me. Fantastic rural location yet close to the main town. Good restaurant, sadly no breakfast available. Definitely can recommend this place.
