Juan, his wife and the rest of the stuff were very friendly. They have dedicated lockers when you go trekking to keep your excess luagage safe. The breakfast is better than most others in South America. The common area is spacious and inviting and the rooms were also very neat.

The room, kitchen, bathroom are all clean and new. Also love the bed, bigger than other hostels! Provides free towels, earplugs , shampoo, coffee, and free lemon juice. The staff is so friendly, the lady drove me to the bus station, and say hello to Harper!

Our stay in this wonderful place was great. We loved the decor so much - made us feel cozy and warm. It's really impressive how much character they've managed to pack into this house, with several nice common areas that allow you to relax and get some light even when it rains. Breakfast was very nice, too. The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.
