We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.

Fabian was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to help us with everything during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. He picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. He gave us a mini tour around the center when we arrived. We highly recommend staying at his hostal.

The hosts are wonderful, as is their hostel! Very nice people indeed. I felt like visiting my grandmother when I was a child. And her rhubarb jam was delicious! The best quality you can get for this money. I wish I could have stayed more time, especially that Punta Arenas happened to be a lovely city. If I go this way again I will definitely spend several days there. Don't make my mistake!)

Very clean room and hostal in total, friendly and helpful staff.. Good break fast and if you need break fast box its also very Full.. Wifi also was fast.. The location is Perfect near enter and minutes from bus station.. We Have lovely time.. We reccomend this hostal for sure😊

I gave this a 10/10 because Betty is really a woman from a magical realm, and so her staff Miss Venezuala, I like them all and they live in peace and let you just do your thing. The accomadation is very clean and I was nervous about going in a place and smelling a bad smell and there was none what so ever. It was a little room but it was peaceful and the mind is free to have wonderful thoughts. I like Felix the Cat and seeing hes little sleeping face in wonderland.

Staff over the top performance. Second stay and it further improved my first experience. They helped me a lot with a late hour situation due to a boat arrival time delay and they sort me out all the logistics with no additional costs
