Are small family owned inn a short 2 mins walk from the main dining area of Dali. The hotel is quiet and has a great gaden rooftop. The staff where helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and large with a lovely sitting area by the window. The beds was low and challenging to get out of for the 60plus.

Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange for our excursions and a driver to take us around Dali. The breakfast and lunch were delicious. Room was spacious. We really appreciate their help and kindness. We had a lovely time in Dali.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute inn. I happened to get a free room upgrade since it was low season. The place is really well decorated, super clean, and offers a fantastic view of Erhai -- perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was also super friendly, offering helpful tips and were easy to chat with. Breakfast was yummy (noodles, fresh local fruit, Yunnan coffee, and more). I will stay here again when I visit Dali next time and definitely recommend it to others.

The staff was really nice and and the room very clean. It’s a hotel run by a family. We got the chance to experience the typical Dali breakfast (and it was homemade!). They were all very helpful and caring. 谢谢你们☺️

The view from our bedroom was fantastic and the whole Erhai was insight. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They made our sons fried eggs when they were hungry. We were picked up and dropped off at the railway station. I would recommend this place to stay in Dali, as the host also gave advice on how to avoid busy tourist places. We had a great time here!

Excellent location. Walking distance to eateries and the shopping belt. Yet peaceful and quiet when inside. We chose this accommodation as we wanted a 四合院 experience and Qingxin Guest house certainly didn’t disappoint. 郭姐 is most kind. She will be there to welcome us each time we’re home. Checking in if our day went alright. And making recommendations on places to see and foods to eat. Knowing that I enjoy my coffee, she wakes early each morning so that I can have my coffee before setting off for the day. She also recommended a reliable driver and guide contact - 大理表哥 who is very knowledgeable and shares little nuggets about the history of Dali. He enjoys photography and took really nice family photos for us. Would also like to thank the 保洁大姐 who kept our room spick and span. Always greeting us with a smile. I would highly recommend visitors to Dali to stay here.

Perfect stay! Staff were incredibly helpful, especially DanDan, who gave us a free market tour and tour of the building- having that time with her meant we learnt so much we wouldn't have otherwise. Breakfast was delicious, as was the welcome drink, which we took as a tea set on the terrace- a perfect way to spend the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. The location is perfect- in Xizhou town- a beautiful spot surrounded by rice fields- out of the hustle and bustle of Dali, but close enough for easy sightseeing. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. I wish I was back there now!
