The staff is fluent in English and very supportive. She did the all the orders for attracts and very kind to help everything. Also the location is near to the attracts than the Zhangjiajie city centre.

I think the thing i liked the most was the kindness and support i got from Miss Xei (i don't know if its correctly written sorry 😂) she was 200% helpful, kind, always thoughtful and helped a lot building my plan in the park! Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

We really like the hotel and its position near the national park. The family the runs it is very kind and helped a lot during our stay, booking all the tickets to the park. Big thank you to Rebecca and her family ❤️

Wally was very helpful with providing information about the park and helped us with an itinerary. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking from the East Entrance to the park. The bed is comfortable, the wet room is clean and the shower has good pressure. Wally even let us leave our bags in the room and use the shower again after our last day in the park (of course this was conditional on there being no new guests directly after us). Lovely place, fully recommend!

The location is close to one of the park's entrance which is perfect in order to start early your journey. The staff was kind, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and in chinese style. The room was clean and had everything you need including toothbrush. I definitely recommend it. To conclude, I would like to thank again all the staff :)

If you want to be in a place that makes you feel good and comfortable go to Wangyi Inn, we stayed for few days and everyone were so friendly and welcoming to explain everything to us and helping us organise our trip in Zhangjiajie! Thanks again guys, we miss you already! 💗

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

First of all, the location: the house is situated just inside the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park, by the West Gate. If you plan to really see the Park, this is the best place to stay for sure since it does take a good hour from Zhangjiajie City to reach. Instead of getting up super early every day, we could easily just walk outside the house and wave for the bus to stop and let us on, then we’d drive maybe 5 minutes (if at all) and arrive at the cable car station. The facilities are amazing, too. The room was beautiful and nicely renovated and it even had one of those neat automatic toilets. The house had multiple seating areas outside, like a terrace and a pool (which was closed since it was the low season), but our absolute favorite was the patio by the river. It’s so peaceful and idyllic and really lets you appreciate the natural scenery. Secondly: the food! Delicious breakfast and dinner! Most importantly: our hosts! These people are the warmest, kindest, most gracious hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Especially Nihong. Our time in Zhangjiajie would not have been the same without her. She was our tour guide for the first two full days, showing us so much of the park we would have never seen otherwise. She took time out of her day for us for three straight days just to make sure we had the best possible experience. We learned so much about Tujia culture as well, which was so interesting. Her English is so good and she was always interested in learning more, and in turn she helped us learn a few Chinese words and phrases. And her husband drove us to the Railway Station when we had a very early train to catch, which was such a big help. We could not have been more lucky with these kind people! All in all, if you’re thinking of staying here, please do! You won’t regret it. We certainly hope we can return one day! Xiexie! Wo ai ni Zhangjiajie!

The room has a high cost performance ratio, with good decoration and affordable prices. The room is very clean. The homestay has a good geographical location, close to Tianmen Mountain and the bus station. It takes only 12 minutes to walk and the transportation is very convenient. The owner is very friendly and willing to provide various assistance.
