The host was wonderful! Really made us feel home & family. Gave us tips, what to do and see, was helpful with everything. Really made our stay special. The house itself is authentic, with a lot of details. Clean room&bathroom, high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious. Location comfortable as well. We really liked our window view.

Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

Absolutely loved the town of Jardin. The hostel was in a great location to explore. Big common area and fantastic cooking facilities. Rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and other guests very nice.

We planned to stay 2 night but ended up straying 6. The location is perfect right next to the plaza with view over the church.John the owner is a gem we felt so welcome and like home. He gave us recommendations what to do and made us yummy coffee and it was always so nice to talk with him. The room is spacious and the beds were queensize we had an ensuit bathroom and Towels were included. Totally recommend to stay at naty luna's while in Jardin.

Excellent communication. Dioney is the sweetest! Daniel and everyone at the property are also incredibly kind. The place is wonderful—waking up to the sound of birds singing is truly unmatched. It’s very clean, with a great atmosphere when other travelers are around. They have everything you need to feel at home. The showers and toilets in the shared room are very clean and modern, located next to the soothing sound of a nearby creek. The design and décor are beautiful. I didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. The location is just a few minutes from the center of Jardín by tuk-tuk. There’s so much to see and do in town and in the surrounding area. Highly recommended. Dioney helped me recovering a card I left in the atm and was always making sure I was doing okay, in general. Thank you so much for all your kindness, Dioney and Daniel!
