It's a vintage colonial house with an inner garden. The host Felipe is super friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of useful information and recommendations. He knows all the hip spots. Also, there are lots of cute cats and a dog. I extended my stay from 10 nights to 13 nights, and would love to stay even longer.

Perfect little appartment to discover Medellin. The staff is just amazing. There is a wonderful rooftop deck with stunning views and it's close to the floresta metro station, restaurants and shops. If you fancy a good night's sleep, it's quiet at night, a luxury in Medellin. The shower had plenty of hot water.

Excellent place! In the middle of the nature. Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature

The hostel is located in a safe neighborhood in Medellin and is right next to a metro station. The hostel used is very clean and has a small, but sufficient kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The owner Ricardo is such a genuine and lovely person. I wish this place remains a hidden gem.

The hosts were fantastic and the animals were very friendly. Keep in mind that the hosts only speak Spanish. However, this makes it a wonderful opportunity to practice! The breakfast and lunches were also amazing! Everyone really makes you feel like family. Very safe neighborhood as well.
