She is present at the guesthouse all day and every time you arrive back there from an activity she is there wanting to give you coffee or lemonade. She also arranged a cheap tuktuk for us to go to the desert and arranged the jeep back to Neiva to pick us up at her guesthouse. (With Google translate you come a long way.) We did our laundry there which was super cheap (I reckon only like 20k).
