Very good location and very very nice staff! Our flight was severely delayed and they were very flexible with the contsant changes we had to had with the airport transfer. Moreover, the staff even walked with us to the city to show where the colllectivos depart from. Very nice experience!

At Casa Sodadi you live very centrally on the plateau, but still withdrawn and quiet. It is a wonderful little accommodation in a former colonial house that is modern and traditional at the same time. No breakfast or so. But there is a little nice kitchenette if you like to prepare something. Next doors one can find little shops, the market and many more. I booked the transfer from/to the airport. This works very well! Thx to Lino ;-) I met the owner and her husband and they are both really warm, urban and uncomplicated. Thank you for the great stay and best wishes from Germany!

It was a great 3 days stay at Techas place. People are very warm and Always give good suggestions when we ask. The breakfast is amazing, specially the coffee, where daily you get a personalized Message. Everything is done with Love and Attention, we felt like at Home!

    Perfect location to visit Praia and the island, and you can't have better price/value ratio. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and there is AC and very good wifi. I actually found the rooms surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The ladies managing the place are super nice and flexible. As a female solo traveller, I also felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

    Great little guesthouse in Praia´s Plateau. Very clean and with super helpful staff. We arranged an airport pickup through the host, as well as got a car rented for the duration of our stay. Great location.
