The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Very modern hotel with good quality materials (leather seats, heavy wood, nice carpet, heavy doors...all show quality material). Bathroom of equal quality. High water flow rate, big shower place... Beautiful view, alone on the top of the hill

We loved how warm it was inside the penzion, it felt so cozy and homy ever since we entered the room. We made a good use of the little kitchen too. We eat vegetarian and the offer of veg dishes wasn't great in the local restaurants. It is great place, nothing super modern but comfortable and cozy!
