The best mointain cottage I have ever stayed! I am forever grateful for the level of hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations! As a concierge in a 5 star hotel, I can honestly say the service is exceptional in every level. Plus, the cottage looks like from a fairytale and is trully magnificent and remarkable. However, from the small gestures of kindness, I must say again - I was touched and fascinated, as it was actually my birthday on that very same day and absolutely made our stay simply unforgetable in a positive way.

We spent a longer weekend at Residence Ruth over New Year's Eve. For us it was the perfect place for skiing. Rooms very clean, there was also a small fridge in the room. A big plus for fully equipped kitchens that are available on each floor. Good WiFi and TV in the room, there are channels in many languages. Delicious, very varied breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. There are SkiBus stops nearby, and there is a large ski room in the building. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. The owner is very nice and he even speaks Polish :) Really recommend!

Location is amazing with a beautiful view. If you are skiing/ snowboarding, you get there straight from the slope. Breakfast and dinner were very good and there is a nice bar to get some drinks in the evening. We loved our stay in Bila Labut:)

Lovely family penzion with breakfast. Payment is in cash upon arrival. There is a fridge in the hall on the second floor, warm room with everything needed for a short stay. Parking is near in the penzion yard. Ski area is very close as well as skiing school, down the hill you can see the center, colonada and and nice walking area.

It was a good stay. Location, view to the mountains, staff were helpful and sweet, food, spa.,it was all good.

The hut is easily accessible from Sněžka and has a very peaceful and rustic charm. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the selection was more than sufficient. Communication with the accommodation prior to arrival worked perfectly.
