Wonderful place in beautiful Lednice. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable. There is a very good restaurant and also a winery in the object – you can taste local wines. The service is extremely helpful. Penzion Onyx is very well maintained. And there is plenty to see in the area. We will definitely come back there for a longer stay.

We were 2+2 in a double room which meant that the sitting area (sofa) was transformed into a bed. There was enough space in the closets for all our stuff for a 6 day stay. There was a very nice playground right next to the building, and we put a blanket (brought from home) on the grass to sit on and keep an eye on the kids. The whole garden is just amazing, both for playing and relax, and we even saw beavers in the little river behind the fence. Decent breakfast in the morning, and selection of local wines for delight in the afternoon. We really appreciated the little summerhouse in the garden where we could spend evenings protected from wind and mosquitos. If you have an eye for nature, you will see plenty of birds right from the backyard, including woodpeckers and golden orioles. The restaurant next door was run by a different owner and open till afternoon on weekdays, but there were anyway plenty of options to eat out in the town.

We had the pleasure of spending just one night in the South Moravian region during a brief stopover in this charming village where vineyards are the mainstay of the local business. The pension was an absolute gem. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the communication with Jakub was top-notch. We couldn't resist trying some of the local wines, so we ended up purchasing bottles to take home as a delightful reminder of our visit. The surrounding landscapes are truly breathtaking. The Moravian countryside offers some really stunning and pristine natural beauties with its picturesque vineyards and rolling hills. Our one-night stay was just a teaser, and we will certainly return for a longer visit.

The owners were so kind! We arrived quite late after a long 18-hour drive, and they kindly prepared a small dinner for us. The place was beautiful, clean, and very affordable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many options to choose from. When we arrived, there was a mini “party,” and the people were so welcoming! Without a doubt, if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely come back. It’s clear that this is a small, family-run business where they truly pour their hearts into everything they do.
