The apartment was super clean - not a speck of dust anywhere. The whole accommodation was very spacious and, as has been mentioned in other reviews, the photos really don't do it justice re space and facilities. It had everything you need for a long or short stay. The large balcony was wonderful - very peaceful with loungers if you wanted to sunbathe. The location is a bit out of town, but there's a path behind house that takes you to the area of Cotta where you can catch either a 1 or 12 tram, or 68 bus into the city centre. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the property, but it seems it only appears if you call ahead 20 minutes before, which we didn't know until we were waiting for the bus so a walk it was. The area is quite hilly, but the walk into Cotta from behind the property is much easier (it's basically flat until you reach the stairs) than walking through the neighbourhood. Easy parking. The host was on hand if needed, but not at all intrusive. Language was a barrier, but we had no problems, so no need to test that area ;-)

The staff was very welcoming. Although we arrived late, they arranged the check in for us, everything went smooth. Breakfast was nice, the parking is in an inner yard, we took the last spot. It is a bit far from the center - 45 minutes walking, but there is also a tram stop near the hotel that takes you there. A minifridge would have been useful. Since it is now very hot, at least to be able to keep some water.

Boasting a charming architectural design and well-kept garden, this nonsmoking guest house is a relaxing port of call near Dresden’s heathland. Free WiFi access is available.

Very nice building, clean and tidy, cozy rooms, plenty of parking. You can see that hotel owners are making utmost to make your stay comfortable. For city travel - there is a tram stop close to the hotel, a good restaurant in the 200m walking distance, it is quiet location with good city reach Now we have our favorite destination in Dresden

Our stay was great. The hotel is within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchen. The breakfast was also nice.

It’s located in a beautiful sweet neighborhood and although Tram and train close, very quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was organized nicely.

Location is ok. Warm water. Soft and clean bed. Hallways smell good. Garden looks nice. Hotel feels safe. Generally feels like a clean hotel to stay at. Windows provide good isolation.
