Very clean and organized place. Everyday housekeeping was perfect! Clear instructions for self check-in. A kettle and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. There is a direct bus from/to the central train station. There is also a big supermarket only 5 minutes down the street.

The apartment was super clean - not a speck of dust anywhere. The whole accommodation was very spacious and, as has been mentioned in other reviews, the photos really don't do it justice re space and facilities. It had everything you need for a long or short stay. The large balcony was wonderful - very peaceful with loungers if you wanted to sunbathe. The location is a bit out of town, but there's a path behind house that takes you to the area of Cotta where you can catch either a 1 or 12 tram, or 68 bus into the city centre. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the property, but it seems it only appears if you call ahead 20 minutes before, which we didn't know until we were waiting for the bus so a walk it was. The area is quite hilly, but the walk into Cotta from behind the property is much easier (it's basically flat until you reach the stairs) than walking through the neighbourhood. Easy parking. The host was on hand if needed, but not at all intrusive. Language was a barrier, but we had no problems, so no need to test that area ;-)

Great value for the price, the room was clean and comfortable despite being quite small. Still, there was a place for everything. The staff was really nice during our stay. Breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savory options.

The hotel is located in a very quiet green area. Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly, the parking is free and convenient just in front of the property.

The hotel is located in the center of Neustadt Dresden, walking distance from the train station and the historical center of Dresden is easy to reach by a tram. The district is quite interesting by itself, and I recommend this hotel for everyone. I liked the breakfast too. All facilities were ideally clean.

It was super clean, the beds were very comfortable. Very spacious, terrace included, windows everywhere with adorable flowers. Cheap parking, calm, charming area and altogether an amazing stay. One of the best we have visited. Super good value for money, especially in Germany where everything is usually too expensive, this was PERFECT!

Such a beautiful place, but what makes this place outstanding is the staff. Everyone is so nice and caring. Enjoyed my stay so much while my dad was in the nearby hospital.

Location is ok. Warm water. Soft and clean bed. Hallways smell good. Garden looks nice. Hotel feels safe. Generally feels like a clean hotel to stay at. Windows provide good isolation.
