The room was very spacious and clean, and beds were comfortable. The room had been recently refurbished, so everything felt new and lovely. The exposed beams make give the place a very traditional looking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very small town, very pretty, with a few restaurants that offer traditional German food, these are quite popular and I would suggest to make a booking in advance as we had to wait for a table. The location was convenient for us, as we were going to the Playmobil fun park and the hotel is only 5 mins drive from there. The breakfast in this hotel was really good, with plenty of variety. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely location, great, homely feeling without compromising the quality and comfort. The staff was amazing. I had an issue with the booking and sent an email. I received a phone call from Christian within 10 minutes, and everything was clarified. I received good information in a timely manner. Once here, we got our keys using a code, giving us plenty of flexibility. The kids had a lovely area to play....., the rooms were clean and well arranged, neither small nor big, the bathrooms perfect. They also have a charger for electric cars, which is amazing for electric car users.The breakfast lady was like a mum. I liked the feel. We will be back.....

Dimitri was awesome and went out of his way to help us with our baggage after checkout. The bed was very comfy after travelling on a late train, and the private bathroom was clean. It's very close to the train station and you can cut through the fort if it's daytime!

The room was comfortable and quite big. It was definitely value for money. The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Our host made us feel very welcome and breakfast was amazing....I would stay here again above the big hotels
