Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick to answer any queries. Room was perfectly clean and a good size. Bed was very comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. Weather was warm while I was there but the room had a fan provided which was great. The bar downstairs is a great place to have a few drinks or a nice meal. Property is about 15-20 minutes walk from the main station in Heidleberg and is in a great location right on the Neckar. I'd definitely recommend taking a walk up to Königstuhl for the amazing views of the town and the Neckar river. Took me about 2 hours to walk up but there's also a train. Overall it was 10 out of 10 and It'll definitely be where I choose to stay next time I'm in Heidleberg.

It doesn't look like much from pictures but it exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly, the location was comfortable, close to stores. Free parking in front. Though the interior looks old in pictures, it was all very clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Very cozy and pleanty of storage. Included complimentary coffee and a fridge. The room also had a smart TV, meaning we could watch our own streaming services. For late check-in there is self check-in available at the entrance with a code provided by staff before arrival. Check out is until 12pm meaning we could sleep in :) Very good value for money.

The location was perfect, central,quiet, and close to the S-Bahn…, check in was also great and smooth. However I found the key instructions contradicting a bit, but maybe it was because of German- English translation…in the end it all worked out well.

very nice and cosy, family-led hotel, with personal touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very clean, they pay attention to the detail. I was positiv ely surprised that I found in the bathroom a very German thing, a "Waschlappen" - facecloth or flannel - , and bedroom slippers!

Nice and friendly host. Good location in the center with restaurants, cafes etc. The separate parking lot was very convenient.

It is a guest house in the form of an old architectural building, but surprisingly enough the room is very clean, the facilities are very complete inside the room and you will feel very comfortable surely when staying here. The location of the breakfast is in a bakery few minutes away by walk in which you do not need to pay anything and the lady inside the bakery will serve you with a friendly service.
