The staff was very friendly. The room we got for 4 people was basically an apartment, very picturesque, spotless, and a porch outside. You can park the car inside. It’s on walking distance from a cultural center, park, restaurants. If you want to stay in a quiet place, outside the city, where you can have a walk, sit outside, enjoy a quiet evening , this is it. Excellent with children! Real good value for money.

The hotel was super clean in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is great, not very close to the city center, but easy to get to the trams and accordingly, to all the locations, not only within Potsdam, but to e.g. Berlin. Nice and friendly staff.

The location is fantastic and the price is quite reasonable. There are several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can easily access Potsdam's main attractions from here. There's an S-bahn station nearby with direct trains to Berlin, which is super convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Playground nearby, appartment with terrace was nice (children slept inside, we dined outside and the children weren’t disturbed)

Looks like a haunted mansion, another words- im in love with it! So beautiful, not loud at all, perfect location, there is an elevator which is a big plus!

Very kind & helpful staff, good localization (a bus stop that leads directly to Hauptbahnhof is nearby) for a good price. The place is clean and the bed is big and comfortable, my room was very spacious. I liked everything :)
