The staff was incredibly friendly during check-in and explained the property well. Couldn't hear anyone in any other rooms meanwhile we were quite loud and didn't receive any complaints. Overall, a great stay with a nice secluded room that felt safe and welcoming :)

It is located in a very safe area and only a 3 minute walk to the metro (or 20 min walk to the main square). The rooms were extremely nice with high quality beds/bedding. The staff were very attentive, responsive, and helpful! Would totally recommend this to others because it was well-worth the money!!

Great value, great location, quite a comfortable room especially for the price. Right by the train station so couldn't be easier to get to, but still also easy to walk to all the tourist areas. I stayed for a work event and appreciated that it was quite quiet, cozy, and large enough to be comfortable for over a week. It was also really clean (including the shared toilet/shower) and felt very safe. Everyone working there was friendly and I appreciate their working with me and being understanding when I caused some chaos with my booking.

Location. According to reviews I was very sceptical. Everything was super lux. You have to keep in mind that this is not luxury hotel. Room was warm, water was hot, location super and breakfast included.
