This hostel was beyond amazing! Me and my friend booked it in haste on late Sunday afternoon and were able to check in immidiately. However I didn’t receive the welcome email which included the instructions to get into the building/room. I sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided at the front door and in under five minutes got a reply from the staff and the email. Amazing customer service! The location was perfect, super close to the railway station but quiet and safe area for two woman. Room + shared spaces were beautiful and clean. Never been happier with my bookings!

The place has a perfect location. It was simple but functional. Everything we needed was available. The room was always clean. Kind and welcoming service staff and friendly atmosphere created a cozy feeling. And we were given all the information we needed to make our trip easier.
