Very responsive and helpful staff. Well designed and thoughtfully decorated rooms. Nice location and easy to access. Good breakfast. I was very pleased to be provided a room with a balcony, made my long-running meeting calls a bit easier to go through by having a break without leaving the room.

This don’t really write reviews but the accomodation was exceptional, it was more than just a stay it was a trip into history. The decor of this place makes you feel like you’re in a museum. The breakfast was also very good. I’d definitely stay again here.

The hotel was super clean in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is great, not very close to the city center, but easy to get to the trams and accordingly, to all the locations, not only within Potsdam, but to e.g. Berlin. Nice and friendly staff.

Looks like a haunted mansion, another words- im in love with it! So beautiful, not loud at all, perfect location, there is an elevator which is a big plus!

If the goal of your visit is to see Berlin - it’s better to look for other hotel closer to the city centre. But if you want to be in the area - it’s great place - small, clean and welcoming, near the lake Schlachtensee, in the very nice green area of villas.

I wasn't expecting much as the price with the breakfast was really low. My wife and I spent a night there as we needed just something to be able to rest. The room was clean, the balcony was extra for us. Beds are comfortable, kids happy. The breakfast, well excellent choice of different breads, eggs juices and mire and more. Cherry quiet neighborhood and close enough to the centre of Berlin. For a budget weekend I would definitely recommend it.
