It is located in a very safe area and only a 3 minute walk to the metro (or 20 min walk to the main square). The rooms were extremely nice with high quality beds/bedding. The staff were very attentive, responsive, and helpful! Would totally recommend this to others because it was well-worth the money!!

The gratest possible location in Munich. Viktualienmarkt literally in front of the door. Absolute bargain for the money. You get all you need..rooms, beds, shower, it's clean and on top you get a breakfast. Lot of people compaining about the design, whatsoever, but come on you are not buying the property, you are going to visit Munich, correct? And again, what a better location than in the heart of the Old City.

I don't know why it has such a low score. I think it has everything it promises. When I arrived, the cleaning staff welcomed me kindly and allowed me to change. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Extremely close to U-Bahn, very convenient. Comfortable room. Walking distance to the Old Town. Lovely Indian restaurant right next door - highly recommended - that also manages the accommodation. Lift.

Loved this little quaint hotel in the quiet and beautiful village. Beds were lovely, so clean everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If you are going to the hustle and bustle of Oktoberfest, this is a great option, we drove to Oktoberfest easily. A lovely Italian restaurant in town and a lovely cafe, all within a very short walking distance.
