We have been in this property also 2 years ago and, because we happened to be in the area again we decided to stay here again. The choice was just great. We knew the place and it lived up to our expectations on the second time. Right in the heart of the German Hertz area, you'll enjoy a variety of activities in the German hills being close to many medieval villages at your fingertips. Our room was spacious and clean.     With the whole family, we actually booked an apartment with two bedrooms (there was one more bedroom available) under the roof. The place was super quiet. The breakfast was very good, tons of options, the staff upon my advance notice even arranged for gluten-free rolls for my wife. The place is a good start for hiking in Harz (e.g. when going to Brocken).
