We love Poschmühle! We stay every time we are in the area. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is lovely, the rooms are big and the area is beautiful for a morning walk with the pooch!

The delux apartment was very clean, location was very peaceful, close to nature. One can lay in the garden and see amazing view of lake and mountain. Breakfast was exellent and hotel staffs were very kind and polite. I will definately stay in this hotel if I come to Chimsee again.

What an amazing location ! The staff were wonderful and made us feel particularly welcome on our return visit. Do arrive in plenty of time to explore the surrounding countryside especially the frog pond above the nearby monastery ! The evening meal in the splendid restaurant is highly recommended. We were served by a charming father and son from Goa who complimented the usual German friendliness perfectly.

This hotel is characterised by its tranquil woodside location and marvellous view of the Chiemgau Alps.
