I had a last minute cancellation form another hotel and this hotel was available in very short notice so we were very impressed with it. The hotel is very nice and clean. The weather was not so good in Madrid but the hotel also has a nice garden and pool. The staff is available 24hours and very accessible for questions and support. The room was enormous with a wide functional bathroom. The breakfast was simple but can be added with only 6euro.

The beds were firmer but so comfortable. The staff was absolutely awesome. So kind and friendly. They have under ground parking, holds about 10 cars. It is a tight squeeze to get into the car park if you have a bigger vehicle. Parking is free. Breakfast cost about 9 euros but the freshly squeezed orange juice is to die for. Rooms are ikea style. So very clean. Absolutely loved it. We are staying again when we return in two weeks. They are very accommodating so ask what you need, I’m sure they will help.

For the price, the location, the facility and everything it was near perfect. No reception but not necessary at all, the place is right near the street and it literally has everything you need for, for a few days. Everything was clean and for the price i was massively surprised.
