This is a room on the ground floor of a house. The family lives upstairs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is a 10-minute walk from the IFEMA exhibition center. It is located in a quiet, peaceful environment and it is safe.

We just stayed the night before and early flight out. The private room was large and clean. The unsuited was huge too. Good value, if I ever return to Madrid I would return.

The personal was absolutely perfect. They were really helpful and kind. It is very close to airport and it is quiet. The beds are very comfortable. They were able to find a room for us at night the same day we arrived to Madrid. Thank you for very nice stay.

Perfect location if you want to be close to the airport. 3min Uber ride to the terminal, and very easy to get there by metro. Good air-conditioning, confortable bed and very nice staff.
