The staff was incredible. Leire Helped with everything we needed and gave us many many good recommendations inside San Sebastian and in other cities. The room was comfortable and clean, and the place provided complimentary coffee, tea and water when we arrived which was very nice. The location is a few short minutes of walk from the old city, both very central and quite. There are also nice shops and restaurants on the street of the hotel itself.

The hotel is super clean, modern and very aesthetic and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The common space has hot drinks and a kitchenette available to guests. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the city center and very close to the train station. Check-in is done automatically, but the hotel also has a staff member who was very pleasant and welcoming.

The location is excellent! It’s close to everything including the best eats of San Sebastián. Staff recommendations were spot on! The FREE mini bar which included a daily replenishment of a can of Coke, beer and 1.5liter water was a nice touch of hospitality!
