Absolutely brilliant place to stay very conveniently located near the Pinto train station. We stayed in the hotel due to the proximity of Parque Warner Madrid. The hotel owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating with our requests. They were able to help us understand the shuttle service to Parque Warner. We had to leave early to take a train the next morning and they allowed us to check out early and even gave us pastries for breakfast on the train. The breakfast itself was delicious. We had toast with olive oil and ham, some coffee and pastries. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. The metro station is 1 min away and it is 5 stations to Madrid center. It is clean and people who works in the hotel are great.

Perfect location! Just around the building there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, bars, you name it! But beside all of this, at night it is very quiet outside. Also the room and toilets are very clean and comfy beds! The toilet looks brand new and, I'll say it again, very clean! 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Hostal Central Palace Madrid. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the Royal Palace with stunning views and easy access to all major attractions. The room was very spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is perfect. Didn't use any transport to go to touristic places. Me and my friend were very welcomed by the staff who suggest us places to go visit. The room is nice and has air conditioner which is perfect on summer.
