Since our arrival, we were very pleased with the service Casacafe provided. they have a self check in system that made it easy for us to get to our room, despite our arrival late in the night, we had a very nice welcome gift and they were always ready to answer any of our questions. It was a great detail of them on sending us a follow up message the next morning to see if all was going all right. We were also very thankful that they allowed us to extend our check out time a bit. The neighbourhood is very nice, the room was big, and we had a very good rest after the long walks in the city. Location is great, 4 minutes walking from the Train station (Cercanías) and just another 10 minutes ride you are in the city center. In overall a great value for the money

This is such an incredible place! I had a stunning view of the palace and gardens from my window. It is in a quiet area, within walking distance of metros, tourist sights and beautiful city views. There are many great restaurants nearby. The room was soundproof, extremely spacious, with decor that made me feel like I was a guest at the palace. The bed was comfortable. From now on, this is the only place that I'll stay in Madrid.

Clean large room, good service and everything I needed

The Hostal Aerosol is in the middle of Madrid. All the point of interest can be reached in short walks. The Sol metro station is 2 minutes walk from Hostal Aresol. I arrived there from Madrid airport by metro within 40 minutes. The Hostal is in a beautifull old and very well kept building. I stayed in a single room which was not big still very comfortable, I had enough place for everything. Room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The hosts speak English and are very helpful. I could storage my lagguage till late afternoon there before starting to the airport.

This was the last night of our trip and we wanted to be close to the city center to enjoy the city and to catch the train from Atocha. It was the perfect location and the perfect stay too. The hotel is close to the Gran Via station and a short walk with luggage. Its in a building with a lift, so easy to get to the rooms. It is a secure building requiring keyless entry, which makes you feel more secure. The staff were delightful and we had requested luggage storage because we had arrived early - this is also secure as they have lockers and you put your own code into the locker. That way you can retrieve it at any time. Fortunately our room was ready early, which was a bonus for us and we were very grateful to be allowed to go in early. There is a lounge area at reception with a coffee machine, biscuits etc as well, if you have to wait for your room or a taxi. Our room was perfect. Designed by someone who knows how to include everything necessary in a small space, without it feeling claustrophobic or small. Its been newly refurbished and they use sustainable practices, like the water bottles, cardboard hangers and this is encouraging. There is a fridge and aircon in the room as well as a TV and wardrobe, big mirror and tea and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and lovely big pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean as well and good quality bedding and towels. The bathroom is small, but the shower is big and great rain shower. Wifi was great. It was so close to the main shopping areas, the Palace, Archeological Museum and of course many cafes and bars close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and even though we were only there for one night, for me it would be perfect for a longer stay too. Thanks to the two guys in reception who were so helpful and welcoming.

Great location but so quiet at the same time. You can’t heard a single noise from pusiste. Perfect for a short stay in Madrid. The cleaning lady was so kind and helpful.

Love the location, close to Centro Madrid, walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. The room is well laid out and the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and they have lockers to store luggage. Easy access to the rooms with key codes was convenient. No need for cards.
